Today I called on a loss mitigation assignment ,I found the situation heart breaking . The person with the loan in pre foreclosure thinking she was doing the right thing signed her home over to her mortgage broker thinking that is what a short sale is . That is not a short sale ,she owes the bank for a home she does not own ,she signed it away ...
