As reported an average amount of time to sell a properly marketed and correctly priced home is 103 days. If you are thinking of listing your home for sale keep this in mind , Price and condititon do matter in this market if your home is lacking in updates or needs to be cleaned you can add another 3-5 months even if the price reflects the condititon many buyers do not want to do anything to the home they will purchase they do expect it to be done by the seller.
