I will schedule an open house for the first SATURDAY AND SUNDAY that your home is listed. I will send flyers to local HR departments and Relocation departments. I will schedule a Broker Open House For The Thursday after your home is listed. I will send flyers to my list of extensive list of renters who may consider buying,or may know someone who is.
